If you are looking to improve your strength, agility, and core, check out my weekly workouts. The classes take place each MWF at 8:30 AM and each workout is completely different. Cardio and HITT intervals are also a part of the routine. Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced warrior, I do my best to make sure that each exercise can be modified just for you. All classes take place at 1249 Smith Court in Rocky River.
