Do you eat when you are stressed, bored or sad? Do you find that you turn to food for comfort? Are you tired of diet culture and all that goes with it? If so, please know that you are not alone.
The good news is that there are scientifically proven practices that can help you return to healthy eating patterns and improve your relationship with food again. In this 6-week course, the group will read “The Hunger Habit” by Dr. Judson Brewer MD where you will learn and experience his methods for behavior change.
Cindy meets with the group each week to personalize the program while fostering learning from the group environment. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in all of Cindy’s group coaching programs. Coaching take place via Zoom. Class size is limited to 8.
This will be a 6-week program and I will run two separate groups: Tuesdays at 12 PM starting on Feb 20 and running through March 26 and Wednesdays at 7 PM starting on Feb 21 and running through March 27
- These sessions will be 1-hour in length
- SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE by Rob Suhoza who is featured in “The Hunger Habit” and has lost over 100lbs with Dr. Brewer’s practices.
- “The Hunger Habit” book is not included in the price of this course.
