Mindful Parenting


Parenting is tough work and it’s easy to “lose it” in high stress situations. I get it! I have 5 kids and a dog. If you are raising a family and trying to manage all the activities and emotions that go along with it, this course may be for you. You will learn evidence based skills that will help you to navigate stressful situations while nurturing your relationships with your children. (including adult children). Along the way, we will address how to take care of yourself in a way that feels good and sustainable within your family life.

Cindy meets with the group each week to personalize the program while fostering learning from the group environment. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in all of Cindy’s group coaching programs. Coaching take place via Zoom.
