Unwinding Stress and Anxiety


Do you find yourself ruminating over situations that you can’t control? Do you worry incessantly about future events that may never happen? Do you wake up to feelings of stress before the day even begins? If so, please know that you are not alone. Most of us are having a tough time navigating the stresses of everyday life.

The good news is that there are scientifically proven practices that can help you to relate to your everyday stresses in a way that they don’t overwhelm you. In this 6-week course, the group will read “Unwinding Anxiety” by Dr. Judson Brewer MD where you will learn his methods for handling stress. Cindy, who was personally trained by Dr. Brewer, will personalize the program for the group members so that they can start to use the program in their own life.

Cindy meets with the group each week to personalize the program while fostering learning from the group environment. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance in all of Cindy’s group coaching programs. Coaching take place via Zoom. Class size is limited to 8.

Unwinding Anxiety by Judson Brewer, MD, PhD is highly recommended reading for this class.
