How has your life changed since the pandemic? Are you trying to navigate the stress of working at home? Have your friendships and relationships changed? Do you constantly worry or ruminate? If so, please know that you are not alone. Most of us are having a tough time right now.
The good news is that there are scientifically proven mindfulness practices like our Unwinding Stress and Anxiety program, that can help. By learning how your mind works, it will be easier for you to let go of old patterns of worry and rumination and begin to form new habits that actually feel better.
Participants will utilize the Unwinding Anxiety app that was developed by Dr. Judson Brewer, world-renown expert in behavior change. The Unwinding Stress and Anxiety, an evidence-based program focuses on simple mindfulness techniques that actually work. Cindy will meet with the group each week to personalize the program in a way that works for each member while fostering learning from the group environment.
