Cindy's Philosophy

I have been a Health Coach for more than 10 years. In that time, it has become very clear to me that mindfulness is an essential element of breaking out of old habit patterns and establishing healthy ones.

Behavior change is not about muscling through. It’s about leaning into the unwanted behavior in an intentional, non-judgmental way. I help my clients to step out of auto-pilot mode by using simple mindfulness practices that work. You can also use these practices to establish new, healthy routines like exercise.

We will work together to set goals that are right for you, whether that’s weight loss, starting an exercise routine, or managing anxiety.

There’s a proverb that says, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Together we can take your personal well-being far!
