Winter Workouts Session I
This 8-week session starts on January 3rd and meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 AM. Strength training, core, agility training and cardio will be included in each workout. We cycle through three phases of training starting with endurance then strength and finish up with higher intensity. I do my best to make sure that each exercise can be modified just for you.
You can purchase a 10-day class pass, 15-day class pass or the Full Session for the best value. All prices are listed under the Store tab. New clients are encouraged to try a week for free.
Personal Coaching Sessions
Changing old behaviors and establishing healthy ones, can be tough. If you have had a difficult time trying to eat better, exercise regularly or reduce stress, you may need a little help along the way. One-on-one coaching sessions will give you the opportunity to develop a plan that is specifically tailored to you and your life circumstances. Meet with Cindy via Zoom for a one-hour session of one-on-one coaching.
Eat Right Now
Do you eat when you are stressed, bored or sad? Do you find that you turn to food for comfort? Has the pandemic contributed to poor eating habits? If so, please know that you are not alone. Most of us are having a tough time nourishing ourselves right now. The good news is that there are scientifically proven mindfulness practices that can help you return to healthy eating patterns. By learning to pay attention to mindless or emotional eating, it will be easier for you to let go of old behaviors and begin to form new habits that feel better.
Participants in my 6-week program will utilize the Eat Right Now app that was developed by Dr. Judson Brewer, world renown expert in behavior change. This evidence-based program focuses on simple mindfulness techniques that actually work. Cindy will meet with the group each week to personalize the program in a way that works for each member.
Each participant will also receive a 1-hour coaching session with Cindy.
Unwind Your Stress With Mindfulness
