The Summer Workout Session has been extended to Friday, September 2nd. The group meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 AM. Strength training, core, agility training and cardio will be included in each workout. We cycle through three phases of training starting with endurance then strength and finish up with high intensity. I do my best to make sure that each exercise can be modified just for you.
New clients are encouraged to try a week for free.
