Winter Workouts


Comes in 5-Day, 10-Day Pass, and 15-Day Pass

The Winter II Workout Session kicks off on Monday, February 27th.  The group meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 AM at 1249 Smith Ct in Rocky River. Strength training, core, agility training and cardio will be included in each workout. We cycle through three phases of training starting with endurance then strength and finish up with high intensity. I do my best to make sure that each exercise can be modified just for you.

New clients are encouraged to try a week for free.
